Wanganui West Heritage Trail
This creative trail gives the opportunity to discover the historic and geographic features of the area of rural Wanganui.

The area is rich in history covering the time the Wanganui settlement was threatened by raiding parties from Taranaki during the Land Wars of the 1860's to the years of growth which followed as bush was felled and rich farm land developed.

Cost: $75 incl pp. Duration: 3 hours, 1.00pm - 4.00pm
